I missed summer!

Here it is the last day of summer 2009 and I have neglected My blog. This was a busy summer for Us. We have lots of things happening around Our house. I passed My masters test and filed My llc for Brandon Chase Electric llc. Hoping to get out on My own around Jan.2010.

Made a few trips with the grandkids this summer.

Our trip to Como Zoo was a huge success. We actually saw the Gray wolves this time.

The Science Museum in St.Paul is a great destination for young kids. I had to pry them from the museum so We could get back to the hotel and go swimming.( They were having too much fun at the science museum)

I am very excited to be involved with the KBXE project and hope it goes smoothly.

I'll post more details soon, I promise.

Green cheese is very labor intensive, and I can use all the help I can get. Please send Me Your questions and answers for upcomming shows.

Spring is here!

The garden is planted with the cold hearty vegtables, the rest is still in the starter room. I'm thinking this weekend I'll plant the cucumbers and peppers, but I may wait a week longer for the tomatoes. The Grand kids are having a great time this spring. OH! I almost forgot there is an addition to the clan, Rozlynn Sue Krech was born 3/31, but didn't get to come home until 4/12 because of some minor complications. Everything is good now.

I've included some pics to look at. Damian is only 3, but He loves the "4 wheel".

Mikayla was a munchkin in The Wizard of Oz, She has the smile and white dress.

Wow! Winter is done already?

How time flies when Your busy working. I was fortunate to have work all winter and really cut down on My usual winter free time. We built a new grocery store in town this winter. Locally owned and built largely by local contractors,= local economic stimulus.

We also added to our family this February, Rozlynn Sue Krech was born 2/28/2009. That makes 5 Grandchildren.

We did manage a couple good trips on Our snowmobiles. One trip took Us through Longville and Grand Rapids, up to Togo,Effie and Marcell. Then on to Northhome and Bemidji, before returning home after 4 days. Then We went to Grand Marais and up to Gunflint and Saganaga lakes. Sure is nice when We can play in Our own back yard.

Was your hunting as poor as Our's?

We had a poor year in Our hunting camp. Sandy got a real nice 8 point buck, but I was skunked. We usually try to get a couple does', but this year I only saw a couple small bucks.

We did see lots of other wild animals, couldn't get a shot of the weasle, but did manage to capture a red squirel.
See on Cheese this Saturday!

Sandy likes to take pictures.

Wow! How did I let a month go by without a post? Must have been busy.

Sandy and I went through Jay Cooke state park this year, and here a couple highlights.

If you look close you can see the story corps button on the tank bag.
This was at the park.
These next 2 are at Our house, planted along the sidewalk.

This is Damien, Our youngest grandchild. He didn't want to slip and slide, just wanted a drink.
